I stayed at the hotel this past week for 6 nights.

I can highly recommend the Greinwald to anyone looking for a hotel in the Marktoberdorf area.

The rooms were fantastic and clean, other than it being fairly hot during the summer time. We fortunately had a patio of our own that helped battle the heat!

The breakfast was great and versatile, hotel management also made sure to take into account dietary needs each and every morning.

Service was a 10/10, all employees were very friendly, helpful and more than happy to give local advice on where to go etc.

This was my first time in Munich, and decided to visit the beautiful village of Marktoberdorf, since I wanted to have an authentic Bavarian experience. Our friend who stayed there before recommend Hotel Greinwald to us. This was the highlight of our journey.||We were greeted by the owners with a smile and we felt home immediately, they were so kind and care giving, the hotel was beautiful, and the food incredible, their homemade baked bread, pastry, and breakfast was incredible. the staff was super friendly and spoke very good English.||We meet the manager Mr. Hiemer, he was fantastic and made sure we had and amazing stay, he recommend places to visit and took fantastic care of us.||the room was beautiful , shower fantastic and the beds incredible, the place glows with kindness and warmth, is just a great place to stay.||hands down this is one of the best hotels I ever stayed! I will be coming back!

Rooms and common areas were very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was exceptional and very helpful. Bakery downstairs was incredible and the candies given on check out were delicious. Overall, this is a very nice and well run hotel. Free parking across the street.

Beautiful little hotel with a tasteful interior design. The breakfast was incredibly diverse and offered options for every diet including gluten free, dairy free and vegan options.The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spaciousThe bakery included in the hotel offered a vast selection of different cakes and other baked goods, which all looked very appealing.We loved the little house-made chocolates we got as a farewell gift.

The Hotel is very nice, comfortable and clean, the spacious rooms as seen on the web. The staff is very friendly and its owners are attentive to the needs of the guests, two of our children are celiac and were able to eat delicious and homemade The only thing I would change are the pillows and it would be nice to have a place with armchairs to relax and spend some time outside the room. 100% recommended!

We had a family group of 13 who stayed here last month. What a fabulous find! Family owned and operated by very nice, accommodating people! They go above and beyond for their guests. ||The rooms are large with a nice modern bathroom. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning, and coffee on the patio a few afternoons. There is a delicious bakery that is onsite as well. ||Centrally located in town, and only about a block from the train station. We had a rental car, and found plenty of free parking. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again should I’m in the Bavarian area again.
