It’s crazy how they have only 1 person working in the mornings. Took over an hour to get what you order because of that.
Especially on the weekends why would you only have 1 person that’s insane.
Nothing against the lady she did what she could but bless her so having to deal with big orders by herself.

Great place with a great menu, and friendly staff. The venue is to small with little to know where to sit. I recommend USAG Bavaria move this concession into the Community Activity Center where the Java Cafe was once located. That location would provide a larger kitchen for the staff and a large sitting area for guest.

Coffee as expected and donuts too. All good.
Service was friendly but took forever to serve us four coffee's and donuts.
Not a problem unless you're in a bit of a hurry.

Who does this Her job was to serve just a cup of coffee. A dripping, messy cup is not the right way. Very rude and poor Customer Service skills of the attendand in the mid morning shift. #Dunkin #ExchangeHohenfels

First, I went up to the counter and the employees were no where to be found. After a few minutes of wait, what I thought were px food court patrons got up from their chairs and walked behind the counter. Maybe they were on break? Unclear… I ordered an ice coffee which was served in such a way that I thought they purposely were trying to drive away customers.

Maybe 3 ice cubes? Luke warm and not good.

I asked for them to switch my drink which they begrudgingly did.

The second drink they also messed up. Left no room for cream and sugar and mostly ice this time. Since it was filled to the absolute brim, it made a mess all over the counter.

These people need some re-training or supervision.

Coffee is too expensive for it to be so consistently wrong. Multiple times i have gone and my coffee isn't flavored or just totally wrong. Service is so slow. They aren't good with crowds so expect to be there a while. The supply's are never in. Always short milk, donuts and bagels. Customer service has gone downhill aswell.

This location just opened and I swear they are the backbone of Hohenfels. Their service is quick, friendly, and always pleasant. The people who work there are always very kind and thorough and always make sure the orders are correct. They work very well under pressure during peak times or when there are a lot of people coming in because they’re part of the rotational units. I appreciate their hard work and friendly service and how well they handle the many patrons that constantly flow in because I’m not sure how I functioned before they opened! 😂

Great service and food selection. Better to come early in the morning for fresh donuts and breakfast items. Staff were friendly and efficient with preparing my order.
