I want thank the receptionist very helpful. House keeping was on point every morning, especially i am from Jamaica in a new time zone they wake me up on time for my competition. One Love to the entire team and the hotel. Thats my home and will spread the love all over. BIG LOVE FOR THE BREAKFAST TEAM. THE gentleman in the glass at breakfast and the lady everymorning they are great.

We have nothing to complain about, our week-long stay was great and the Deluxe Suite was absolutely perfect for our family of four.

I enjoyed some beautiful days in my preferred hotel resort in Velden. Although the weather behaved like a bitchy supervisor, the stay was pleasant. I got a wonderful loft room on the 4th floor, which I really liked a lot. The restaurant served me a chanterelle goulash, which was the best I ever ate! The breakfast experience on this terrace is unique; the buffet is sensational, and the view from the terrace to the lake is outstanding. On rainy days I enjoy the special sauna next to the lake where you can jump into the water right after sweating out your sins. Funnily enough, the whole stay was rounded off by a nighttime James Bond extravaganza. Anyway, I will be back.

I definitely would not want to miss my summer days at the Seehotel Europa. It is always a pleasure. Mrs. Schweigert does a great job to manage the inquiries. Breakfast was top, the beachclub is my favourite for a salad or coffee and the beach chaises are the best. Not even one thought about choosing another hotel in Velden. I always meet interesting people and this is what I like. The show must go on! See you next year, if God will!

My type of hotel. Sophisticated with a personal touch. The breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake is unique. Best beach area in Velden. Nice rooms, food is great, staff is absolutely lovely. Perfect location! And yes - a garage for your car! I will come back!

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, we enjoyed everything it had to offer from the great service to great rooms and accommodations, however on our second to last night we attempted to visit the newly opened tapas bar for some drinks and as i (on my own without the rest of my family) was existing the bar the owner of the hotel had come up to me to inform me that what i was wearing was inappropriate and i had to “cover up”, as i mentioned.. i was alone and leaving the bar. i believe if i was with the rest of my family, she wouldn’t have come up to me to say something. I would also like to mention - that nowhere in the hotel it said anywhere that there was a dress code.
We wanted to eat dinner there the next night- however we canceled the reservation and will not be coming back to the tapas bar. I would also like to mention that I suffer from some psychological conditions and the comment put a very bad taste in my mouth and had ruined the evening for me and my family.

I have just stayed at this delightful hotel for 4 nights and I absolutely loved every minute. Firstly, a huge thanks to Lena, Alex and the team for looking after me and sorting out the fine details as well as being so friendly and personable and speaking excellent English. The location and setting is simply breathtaking and really is as good as the photographs on the website, if not better. My room was large and had a lovely high ceiling and my bathroom was equally large with a bath, which was a nice treat indeed! Breakfast was fabulous on the gorgeous patio area, with nice touches like little .’ Boiling time’ on the eggs for soft, hard boiled and fresh fruit and fresh veg juicers also.The location is a 10/10 with everything on the doorstep including supermarket, bakeries, coffee shops and boutiques. The bed was very comfortable and the entire hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere , with attention to detail and fresh peonies in the ladies cloakroom. As a solo traveller and a first time visitor to the area, I felt happy, safe and close to everything I could need. The lake swimming was easy with plenty of access in different locations. All in all I had a wonderful 4 nights and I would stay here again without any hesitation and I would recommend it on so many levels.
Next time, Mr Wrann I look forward to meeting you without referring to your title incorrectly!

Again - a wonderful short vacation at this lovely and charming hotel with the best beach in town. The breakfast buffet is unbeatable, the service staff friendly and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. I personally love the beds, very cosy. My compliments to the family Wrann, who does a fantastic job. I will be back.
